Job Responsibilities

Create and nurture long-term healthy relationships with Clients.
Resolve any issues that arise to ensure Clients are satisfied with our services.
Retain our Clients and bring new Clients through referrals.
Call and identify potential leads.
Schedule regular meetings with Clients to ensure they are satisfied.
Prepare, enter data into the software, and ensure its accuracy.
Act as point of contact for complaints and find appropriate work around.
Deal with Clients queries promptly and professionally, (via telephone, email, etc)
Providing details to Clients about services.
